When does CPF become our pension fund?

I thought pension is given by goverment when retired but CPF is our own saving that goverment have don't very little in contributing to it.
Why the MIW keep saying that we are drawing pension at age 62?

What do you seriously expect from a bunch of mindless despots whose legendary antics include rebutting Reporters Without Borders' abysmal ranking of this regime's press freedom along the lines that the press shouldn't play an adverserial role against the despots? Or for that matter, a regime claiming to be democratic when its brand of democracy is as exclusively recognisable to the free world as that of North Korea's?
