Question about CPF SA

  I am not too clear about how the CPF SA works. I know that at 55 years we can withdraw our CPF and leave behind the minimum sum. Does the amount of money in SA go towards calculating this minimum sum?
  
  At 62 our CPf money gets payed to us in installments over 20 years period, does this include the money in SA also? If not then how can i get back the money in SA?
  
  Any info is welcome.

  hmm actually hor.. got any where to find the summary of what that guy mention in the rally?? and what is the new changes??
