i value your sentiments, because i also feel that way. however, here are some questions for youOriginally posted by reddressman:I think in singapore, there is absolutely no shortage of talents to join political parties. Afterall, how many parties do we need or talking about? right?
So, there is enough talents, in my view to form a few parties.
PAP is saying it wants to recruit more. This means they believe there are more talents.
The real problem is not talent.
The only thing we as voters should be concerned about is how to improve our Democracy. How to mature it.
Good political parties should be fair.
Good political parties should understand and respect the meaning of Democracy.
Failing to do so simply means such a party is not 100% democratic.
Either you follow the democracy route or you don't.
Which is it?
For Democracy to survive, I would think the playing field should be fair.
I would think a certain level of freedom should be allowed.
I would think FEAR should be thrown away.
I would not think DURESS is democracy. Not that it exists.
IRAQ certainly had duress applied on its PEOPLE. So did N.Korea.
So, we should ensure no DURESS ever be applied on our PEOPLE. Not that it exists.
If DURESS exists, I would not say DEMOCRACY exist.
What activities for the public CAN WP organise? Really.
I would seriously like to know.
frankly, i felt the reason they gave was valid. and i do wonder if WP is really just wanting to celebrate or to do some promoting tooOriginally posted by Kouyou:cycling indoor?![]()

PAP can organise their activities.

Please someone enlighten my commonsense question. thanks!
