It means you get to hear from both sides. And the citizens can be trusted to listen to views from both sides and form their own mature, educated opinions on important issues.. instead of being told what to think. And that "popular vote" is not just one party's views.

The real reason why Aussies hate migrants is beacuse they're the ones who form ethnic gangs and start gang wars, shootouts, barfights and just generally cause the crime rate to go up.
