I presume this andrew yap has evidence of the Lee family apportioning away public funds into their own accounts? If not, everything he claims can be disputed as factually wrong & clearly technically unproven. The problem with such accusations is that they are grave to the point that if any political opposition ever takes this line of argument without harc evidence they'll be ridiculed for generating the same garbage that the PAP opponents have been facing these last 20 years.

SINGAPORE: How much money does it take to keep a Singapore government minister happy? The government says a million dollars is not enough, and on Monday it announced a 60 percent boost in ministers' salaries, to an average of 1.9 million Singapore dollars, or $1.26 million, by next year.
Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will see his pay jump to 3.1 million Singapore dollars, five times the $400,000 earned by President George W. Bush. -

Many idiots think that criticizing the dishonorable dictators is FOC, especially when you use your real name and identity to do it.
When Singapore was under the British, the ang mohs sold the idea the ang mohs are superior and now we have a bunch of dishonorable dictators replacing them behaving like they are so superior to the rest of us and make criticizing them "dangerous".

11. Blackmail them into not getting lift upgrading if they don't vote you.
12. With all the above and with other perks and bonuses you can make them into sheep. Threaten them with sure failure. It's psychological warfare.
It's actually quite easy to prevent the people from having power.
The only way then to wrest control would to take the government by a coup or force. But that would result in unnecessary bloodshed and would set the country backwards. Which none of us want. Not even the opposition.
