Are there LoopHoles in the Law?

  Hi,
  
  CASE president did admitted there are loopholes being made used by unethical businessmen like Tour Agencies which slash price to unhealthy lows to collect lots of sales in short time. They then declared bankrupt and run away with money.
  
  Thus, I am concerned. I am a super concerned citizen.
  
  I like to know, is it true that there are laws in singapore where loopholes exist and can be made used by some people? i must declare no fan of this thing.
  
  I like to know what are the other types of loopholes that exist so that people are informed what not to do.
  
  Is singapore law system loophole-proof ?

  all laws will have loopholes somewhere. and when someone wants to exploit it, they won't tell won't they?
  
  but imo i think the situation in s'pore's pretty safe alr.

  Nothing is foolproof, the laws in SG included......
  
  It is a tricky balancing act. Cover one area necessitates the opening up of another. Not possible to cover every area coz then nothing works..........
