Some of you might know that I am/was an IT consultant among other things. I have seen first hand the way many companies are run.
Even if the boss is a dickhead, there are many loyal people in the company that will pick up the sh!t.
I believe this is the situation in Singapore. There is a lot of sh!t going on but many loyal people are preventing the sh!t from hitting the fan.
Singaporeans must make the "bosses" of Singapore to account themselves and not only account themselves by statistics but also account themselves in a transparent manner so we the people of Singapore knows exactly which group of people is cleaning up the sh!t created by the nepotism and cronyism in government. -

I would suspect many consultants of respective areas are engaged and paid to give top quality results.

However, do remember that as a candidate your real life credentials are also important, I seriously think u should building your real life profile than just building a virtual profile.

But for those who have working experience, does transparency ever exist in working life?? U and me will noe ... we all smoke our way... we all cover for each other... We did these sometimes not for ourself but for friendship or for blah blah...
We all have difficult boss... Frankly speaking, even if we dont like our boss, we still will work for them... Coz, we noe that no matter how bad is the boss... they will still pay us salary to enable us to make ends meet... They pay us... we work for them to their expectation... tat is professionalism... Well... in some point of view, u may call those people mindless sheep... But tat is the real world... If every1 wants to have their own way, then, there will be no such thing called "organisation"...
However, there will be a few tat r born to be boss... This people will become competitor to the current... They will fight for abled people n blah... But those fews have to prove to those abled people tat they can be the better boss and attract them over... -
