But it was clearly proven that he got into business deals with some Indian software companies which failed to turn up in court to testify.
He had also got into ventures with directors and their wives as well and had approved payments despite non-delivery and non-performance of software to such companies even in the face of objections from his own staff which he removed.
Golden tap, unwarranted suing of the whistle blowers and payments of bonuses and granting of triple promotions to his own favored staff aside, are his conduct as found in court serious or not serious?
