So it seems that certain crimes does pay in SillyporeOriginally posted by googoomuck:IÂ’ve read that his request to work overseas to pay his debts to the NKF was rejected. Suddenly he got a job based in UAE.
I support the yellow ribbon project. Based on your reasoning, CSJ should also be allowed to return to his previous job.
Afterall CSJÂ’s offence is so much less serious than big crook DuraiÂ’s crime.
CSJ owes $500K. Durai owes $4M.
Durai has not served a single day of his three-month jail sentence for corruption. He hasnÂ’t pay back his debt to society yet and is already free to travel. He had the cheek to appeal against the jail sentence.
If his appeal is a success, it will be very difficult to restore the public confidence in charities again.
Please read the post that i quoted when i commented that CSJ has said that he is not returning a single cent.Originally posted by Fingolfin_Noldor:You mean he has something to give in the first place?![]()
