  In our neighbouring countries, their people do not & will never allow their Governments to 'legalize corruptions'. See Thailand and Indonesia as an example. When Taksin & Suharto tried to legalize corruptions, people protested.
  
  Government in our neighbouring countries are not so efficient and neither is ours.

  If you want to be unique, might as well wear your pants or shorts red....why not wear red underwear red as well. Then our ghost festival can extend for another day.
