Would you want your kids/younger siblings to attend RI/RJC?
Would you want them to grow up thinking they are the "ELITE" ?
I actually know one ex-Rafflesian who tried to kill himself when he felt very inferior after everyone else got ahead in life, while he failed to move up. The pressure to keep up with everyone must be like hell........better to be a happy nobody .........
Anyway, RJC sucks....... so says this pretty bespectacled lassie clad only in nice blue laced bra top...!!

Also, pardon me from saying this, but a lot of guys when they think of the word "elite", they lump those rich people, those intellectual people, people of high positions together. Isn't elite simply meant "being the best at what you do?" The way this word has been branded around here, it seems as if this has become a dirty word. -

Yet another misguided threadstarter intent on bringing his skewed views to the masses.
Lynch mob we are not, if you are expecting complimenting views.
The comments of an individual do not reflect the majority, as there are many rafflesians who do not react or respond in the same manner. Despite not being a rafflesian myself, i am deeply proud to have many i come to call close friends from RJC, who are simple down-to-earth people. Their views and opinions belly a maturity i have not yet seen in other people from other 'schools of thought', pun intended.
Like it or not, the term 'elite' has been blown out of proportion by certain individuals out of the masses; like the term 'white horse', which is staunchly denied by the SAF, is another example of such labels to have been 'created' to fill the hollow frustration and anger of a select group who cannot comprehend why others are simply better.
