  Sorry i'm not gay so i can't actually tell the relevance between announcing i'm gay and getting married.

  hello, you live life according to what is "good advice" and "Thou shall not judge" is good advice even if it is not a mortal sin to judge.

  There is something that you are not getting... do you understand the phrase "Thou shall not judge"? Think about that first, work it out in your own mind first what "Thou shall not judge means".

  Yes they have lovers and they are born gay. He took down his confession because his students chanced upon it. So why put it up on the blog in the first place ? Blogs are accessible by anyone.

  i'm not homophobic, that doesn't mean his students aren't. That doesn't mean that the parents of the students aren't.

  If most Singaporeans object to homosexuality, then the laws of the land must reflect that. If the majority of parents do not want their children to be taught by gay teachers, then the government must pay heed to them.
  
  Those who are always trying to push the gay agenda must learn that unless societal norms have changed, they are only inviting a greater backlash against their cause.

  i'm a student from that school, have been taught by the said gay teacher. during the time i was taught by him, it was impossible to tell that he was gay. he was just an ordinary teacher, though a very good one. if parents are afraid that gay teachers would advocate homosexuality, i would say they are very narrow minded

  If this invitation of backlash is necessary for society as a whole to mature, then so be it.
  
  The key is: a heterosexual is no different from a homosexual as both have sexual orientations, albeit differently. If the latter is deemed as a danger to students of the same sex, then so are the heterosexuals to the opposite sex. And it is high time that society realises that.
  
  You obviously haven't learnt how to think out of the box. Typical of scholars. I can only feel so much pity for the system.
