1) CPF withdrawal age needs to be raised so that all of you poor old people looking to retire with CPF funds are forced to work longer
2) Annuities needed so that all you people, all without vision and capability to save for retirement, can have a meagre sum of money after 20 yrs of emptying your CPF account.
3) (1) and (2) combined means you die before your annuity is worth it and thus
a) the government gets to hold on to more money if annuity is by them
b) you are penalised for dying earlier than others. You will have to die >90+ for your annuity to be worth compared to not buying it
