  16 is inside women's charter. 14 is inside section on rape.

  Just wondering, with regards to rape, does the husband's immunity still stand? I know that in the past, husbands cannot be convicted of raping their wife but this defence was rejected in the 70s or 80s.
  
  Also wondering if someone can put up the full provision on rape? In certain parts of Australia, males can be raped, and females have been charged with raping males, but not in a way that you think. The case is on-going if I'm not mistaken. Their definition of rape is very wide and has been changed to make in gender neutral, hence such cases.
