Looking for male homosexual who's out of the closet

Hello, it's me again. (I posted before under Chit Chat) However, I've changed the focus of my research question, instead of looking at how homosexuals cope in the army, I'm now looking at gays who have come out of the closet. What kind of factors lead or motivate some to come out to their family and friends?

well, when i was serving in scdf, one guy in my platoon was gay (fairy). well we could more or less guess la, because he's abit wishy washy and soft type.
but he always denied it. until we all passed out and he went on to become a clerk where he met other gays (faries). then he start to come out of the closet. i guess motivated by them la.
the last i saw him during a routine reservist recall, he's still a fairy. -
