What's the difference? Are you not a second class citizen in Singapore? Don't tell me otherwise. PRs do not have to do NS, but Singaporean guys do. So what does that make you? Higher class?
I am currently enjoýing first class treatment in my host country. Definately more appreciated than Singapore... my homeland.
