Why not if you are able to meet the local authority request and requirement, i do not see why you cannot setup a business there.

My neighbour's burma friend's SMS was tracked by the sg police. Police called him and later went to find him. Now the police are active in tracking the people from burma. This is definitely an instruction from PAP to get the police tracking the burma people.
