The search for future leaders gains momentum

  This is an article in the first page of straits times today
  
  extract from 2nd paragraph:
  anyone who occupies the top post in Government must be the "first among equals, and able to earn the trust and respect of his colleagues, and Singaporeans", says MP for Tampines GRC Sin Boon Ann
  
  I can't help but remember this line from Animal Farm when I see the red text above:
  "All animals are equal, but some are more equal than others"
  
  Next, it is also up to debate whether our current PM is able to earn the trust and respect of Singaporeans.

  Since Dr Eng Hen is given spotlight on the issue , I would think he is on the path of succession. But this is merely my uneducated guess of personalised opination.
