I have repeat numerous countless times.I always believe this discussion broad is fill with interesting and new ideas about singapore defense & politics.
Now this became a site full of degrading arguments.Why do we discuss this forum with much prudent and meticulous reply rather then being Sarcastic and doesnt make any sense.
We could become a moronic idiot like HARIMAU and innocent_malaysian.Craps full of crap.

I guess it because these people are more interested to talk about our neighbours up north and our military stuff instead of worrying their jobs being taken up of foreign talents (wait! They're still not in the work force right?), the GST increase, economic crisis and many other non-military related issues concerning Singapore.
I'm beginning to wonder are they Pro-Singapore or Pro-WarStuff.
But from wat I can see.....not all the forumers are like that.......only a handful.......but the sad fact is most of these "handful" are the regulars of this forum. -

maybe the current water spat is a deliberate attempt to distract people from the more important things... like the sinking economy

I agree. Has anyone noticed that there are suddenly a few newcomers here? Not that I have anything against them, but people here should exercise some self control and post their comments properly.

Patriotism is one think, but don't go about spreading degratory comments on each other.I am refering this to both Singaporeans and Malaysians alike.Be sensible and not discuss about having war with each other.War is never an option.It just reflects on your childish mentalities.

i guess its indicative of the deep-rooted nationalist feelings of many people... they may complain about Sg, bitch about the lousy economy, sling mud at corrupt fat cats but bring matland into the picture and whadya know
storm-troopers in brown shirts and roman salutes come charging... and people worry that Sg youths are not patriotic...
does anybody have any idea how easy it is to arouse the masses and direct the rage against a foreign enemy?
