Personally, I don't care a damn if anyone wants to emigrate to another country. They have legs and so can move. I think SG gahmen also doesn't stop anyone from emigrating. But once you emigrated - you are no longer SGrean and I will treat with like a foreigner who has little interest or no part to play in the future of SG. The future of SG is for SGreans to decide even if some SGreans are less righteous than the foreign Canadian! -

Actually, sg is how you want it, in a way. People do have the ultimate power to decide. Thus, the status quo is what the people wanted. this is all I can deduce. Majority wins. -

As for me, I migrated. No matter what you say about Australia, it is now my adopted home. And oh what the hey , I don't think Australia, as a whole ,is racist. Some individuals maybe but everywhere you have morons who think they are the majority they are the best .....even in Singapore.
I would like to think that I gained a good outcome from migrating to Australia. However not everyone is the same, so outcomes differ .
