Heard an incident this week:
An man suffered pain in his ankle, and visited a western doctor for his problem. After x-ray, the doctor explained he is ok, and the pain can be cured by surgery and "sawing" the over-grown of the bone at the ankle joint. The cost is not high and lucky the doctor did not charge anyhow, exclaimed the man. - Transparency
Had the man encountered another different doctor, example in China, the doctor may say "Trust me, i can give you a surgery and it can be cured." A high fee, but a solution is still given. - Trust
