3) How the world works and your sense of self-importance by proclaiming that "you have seen all" in NS doesn't link.

I don't think Chee minds going to jail again. That could be his motive, in fact. Because each time he get arrested for something like that, it 'proves a point' to some people and that could very well win his party more votes.

His allies abroad are screwing him. Yes they can dish out awards to him but who the hell are they ? Have they done anything else for him ? Financial support i dunno but they are definitely not fighting for his cause else unable to. -
