In Singapore even one person cannot hold a protest

  CSJ protest alone opp. Istana,the police didn't arrest him.Maybe the govt is adjusting its policy.Anyone want to protest alone?

  its pointless.
  
  the whole idea in civil disobedience and protests is to shut down the civil system, partial or full, by the people. no matter how powerful the rulers there are, they still need the cooperation of everyone to maintain their "mandate". therefore,
  
  protesting without any chance of leading people to follow suit or to perform significant act of deficience has no meaning. and there is also the fact that none would be willing to sacrifice their time to it.

  The Majority votes means the mandate that 2nd majority wants to give is replaced by the mandate the Majority wants to give.
  
  This is called Democracy.
