How should Good Talent People be given the chance?

  Hi,
  
  It seems like the Opposition never win more than 2 seats or so.
  
  For 50 years, or so.
  
  Are there Good talented People from the Opposition?
  
  I think so.
  
  So, will they ever get to play a bigger role where they can contributed even much more covering wider scope and areas for singapore ? while they still have the strength and energy and years left to be productive for sg?
  
  If so, how can these rare talents who are able to survive in a very very very tough situation in Sg be given the CHANCE by the Majority?
  
  From a HR perspective, how can sg Optimise its tapping on the talents of its people?

  In SG, we have to look at the environmental settings. the conducibility.

  According to the PAP argument, the pay not high enough to attract talents who rather work in private sector.

  You can make political donations here. Whether you can convince is another story. Singaporean corporations and citizens above the age of 21 can make political donations.
