never say 1 day only whatOriginally posted by caleb_chiang:This is a first that I heard that one day mc also need to be submitted on the same day.
The other times only mc exceeds 2 days then need to submit on the spot.
But I do not think that SAF will kena cos they never ask her to ride back to camp mah....![]()
Really ? i was in Gedong too but dunnit leh...go back then endorse one mah...Ur superior dun like u issitOriginally posted by Rock^Star:What the fcuk?
When I was in Gedong, this policy was already in force: Having to endorse one's MC the very same day.
How stupid can it get? Feeling feverish and still having to waste half a day in camp.
A better way to deter malingering would be to send personnel to check up on the sick soldier.
Haha maybe lor.....Originally posted by kramnave:Really ? i was in Gedong too but dunnit leh...go back then endorse one mah...Ur superior dun like u issit![]()
well, SAF's core purpose of existence and business IS killing peopleOriginally posted by FBI:SAF don even give a damn to anyone dying or wat!
so how does this work? the sicker you are, the more you need to go back to camp and submit mc/ spread you virus/ risk accident etc?Originally posted by caleb_chiang:This is a first that I heard that one day mc also need to be submitted on the same day.

Employer went by the book but employee should have taken a public transportOriginally posted by t_a_s:bastard employer no sense, go by the book, all will die
Employee should have stayed at home and reported status over the phone.Originally posted by Short Ninja:Employer went by the book but employee should have taken a public transport
It is not about the transport or the mean to follow the book. If u are sick and are medically certified that you are sick and not well to work by a doctor, you should rest at home till you recover or at least fit enough to return to work. Endorsing a MC on the day of MC or endorsing it after the MC period don't change the fact that you will still be unfit for work and will not work for that duration. So why the hurry to endorse it? Coz paper work can't wait till then or the army organisation stop functioning if you don't?Originally posted by Short Ninja:Employer went by the book but employee should have taken a public transport
