My school misplaced my psp (barely a month old) after confiscating it
can i sue them?
say, sue them for being irresponsible, mistrust ,agony (for the period w/o my psp )

is there any document that someone undertake your psp for the unlawful possession?
layman term: did the prefect/discipline master/teacher give u a paper to redeem back your psp after school hours?
if yes, you have a case.

i think this is their fault. bringing psp to school, ok. confiscated. but confiscated means must return back maybe after 2weeks or what? like handphone or what, sure got time limit then they return back. but now, is the whole psp missing. i dont think bring psp to school = expel.
if i were u ts, i would start scolding the teacher that lost ur psp. -
