It is just like Singapore customs. They confiscate all your illegal materials (ie drugs, unpaid-tax alcohol etc), do you expect Singapore customs to return to you? Can you bring this case to high court demanding Singapore customs to return those confiscated illegal materials to you? -

First of all, your mom collected it from who? If your PSP is with your mom, why didn't the teacher who returned it told you or the principal about it when one of the teachers tell you they misplace it? Both are in the wrong imo.

and the rude to you so not surprising rude to the principal, I'm not sure where you came up with that but somehow doesn't make sense. + obviously the rpincipal who is pissed with him would find fualt with him and probably not worshipping hte principal would result in him being judged rude. -
