  Why change when something works? Why not seek improvements?
  
  Don't implement changes just because you think they are better. There are lots of factors to be considered.
  
  A very good one would be Microsoft. Why Vista failed... is the way change is handled.
  
  Schools should really start change management courses...
  
  There's a reason why we have employees > supervisor > managers > general managers > CEO
  
  AND NOT
  
  employees > CEO
  
  You could see a great difference in which how things could be handled...
