To summarize, there, is no need to take such drastic action as to complain to the UN and get a UN envoy (like Mr Gambari) to talk to the despotic dictators here, yet.

I don't drive because i think driving is expensive. The ERP is set to regulate traffic and the purpose of a fee is to make drivers feel the pinch and dissuade them from driving in.
