  Constitution of Singapore
  
  Part IV of the constitution guarantees the following [4]:
  
  1. liberty of a person
  2. prohibition of slavery and forced labour
  3. protection against retrospective criminal laws and repeated trials
  4. equal protection
  5. prohibition of banishment and freedom of movement
  6. freedom of speech, assembly and association
  7. freedom of religion
  8. right to education
  
  By virtue of points 1 and 6, one can argue that the possession of pornography should be legalize with respect to the constitution
  
  Then comes this clause, haha. Again, I'm quoting from wiki and hence this might be biased, but still worth considering.
  
  Part XII of the constitution allows the Parliament of Singapore to enact legislation designed to stop or prevent subversion. Such legislation is valid even if it is inconsistent with Part IV of the constitution.

  If we legalise porn, Malaysia and Indonesia will launch an invasion of Singapore. No way will they tolerate a sin city among their midst.

  lol how to say no? In my school they teach you everything in primary 5 and 6. In sec 1 and 2 we learn how to use different methods of contraceptive and stuff and yes they do teach us to use condoms even when having oral sex. btw my school isn't allowed to tell you whether or not to have sex, its for the students to decide.
  
  the same with drugs, the teachers just say "look whether or not u wanna do drugs is entirely ur choice, we're just here to make sure that you know everything about drugs so you're making an informed decision"

  i agree, however, i think there is no way to stop children now @ these days. Even if you have whatever blockage system, whatever bugging system on your computer, children will somehow or another overpower you and break through the block or debug the bug..That's the sad part of being advanced in technology.
