  One major error for town councils & NPB is growing trees to form hedges.Trees can grow very tall,so the authorities have to prune them regularly.I think they do not use the proper professional for landscaping work.

  Everything it does gets twisted and used against it by some people here. What alternatives are available to us other than charging - quotas? Paper bags? I don't trust the selfish instincts of lots of local shoppers, going by what happened on No Plastic Bag Day over the last few months.

  I'm please to see grass of more turf growing longer.My disapointment is the grass in my neighborhood is cut every 2 weeks.
