Are Tuition Teacher more effective than MainStream Teacher?

  I teach alot of tuition and I realise that kids actually learn better from tuition teachers than main stream teachers. Is our education system lacking in something? Must as well all home school. We need to change the education system alot to make it better

  they learn better cos the tuition teachers coach them personally according to their needs. easier for the students to ask questions too cos they might feel intimidated to ask questions in front of the whole class.

  this really depends, there are good teachers and as well as good tutors, the reverse is also true...

  me once had a tutor who preached me to about christianity.. then i flunked my maths
