Many talents were said to be need salary many many.
if not they may have no choice but to become a bill gates alike and earn mores than their current super scayle salary.
So, todays question is :
1. Which sg talent succeeded to earn more money than his super scayle salary by venturing into the privatised sectoir that has no connection whatsoever with the Whities?? Its important that there is no connection lest people say biased ha ha...
2. What is the success rate of this kind of attempts since they sing like so nice that if they no paid salary many many, they become billy the gates alike?

schoolars are studious and I would say good at clinically controlled environments. Either right or wrong, pass or fail. 100% or 90%.
In real world, you deal with uncertainties, real people - evil , cunning, back stabbing, cheaters , liars, sabotagers, cost cutting, under the table, yenjiu yenjiu, kuanxi.
MBA, what does it have to offer in terms of :

One thing good about postgraduate degree is that you get to meet people from other sectors. So if you go for MBA, you have stories to tell; other have stories to tell. By sharing war stories, everyone gains valuable experience. -

I am not saying that all schoolars are a like not good at business.
on hindsight, you can jolly say billy could easily have a PhD.
The fact is, when he succeeded or invented, he was a dropout.
the message I have is, classroom teachings cannot teach life skills like how to handle uncertainties and stress and etc etc. Like, what steps to follow to become successful ?
Now, the answer is still pending for who came out and ran own business successfully and earned more than he / she did when part of the whities.

but then who says school doesn't teach uncertainties and stress? just that when there is uncertainty, students complain. like if server goes down during module bidding, students kaopeh. the school could have said "don't wait till last minute to do your stuff", but students will say they pay school fees liao cannot like that.
about stress, dont need to say lah. School is stressful. but when you have parents complaining PSLE too hard for their kids, what to do?
