The CEOs and management in any private enterprises are engaged to make monies or create wealth for the stakeholders.
Nowadays the government has been transformed into an incorporated enterprise which is no longer too concerned with social problems or issues or welfare or wellbeing of people so its job scope has changed.
We the citizens should not regard our government as provider of services or guardians. Instead we should treat them like the CEOs whose job is to create wealths for us citizens for every dollar of our monies and taxes so that our taxes and surpluses will be multiplied to give us returns.
Let us see to it like in the private sector our ministers will deliver such similar expectations supported by measurements consisting of profits per surplus dollar, KPI and profits targets in our assets and investments meeting all the business deadlines failing which we the citizens have to decide in annual shareholder meetings or AGMs somewhere once a year to question and remove them.
There is no need for election. Just vote at the AGM and hold them liable for any shortcomings or failure to meet the annual returns on investments etc.
First let us ask them for a published annual reports like the public listed companies to show whether the targeted profits or yields are met and our assets and surpluses have increased in values per citizens or per dollar in the surpluses.
It is time to hold our government AGMs to hold our govt responsible for any failure to meet targeted ROI and remove any poor performers.
Let us tell these Govt CEOs we the citizens provide the fund for them to create business and create wealth for us not them who are only the employees- they have to create wealths and yields or returns on accounts for us.
