Especially when someone have a certain perspective about an issue, another person also have another perspective based on individual experiences and encounters.
It is more prudent to let the advisor advise and the students to study, the workers work and the teachers teach, engineers engineer and planners plan.

Leadership and management skills is either inborn or learn from real life experience. Just by books alone doesn't give you any of those.
Don't even need to mention GLC or Ministries, from our daily working life, can see many of this real life example of got nice cert but cannot perform or technical skill very strong but super suck when it come to management.
This is something that is very common in Singapore since this country is based on paper qualifications. Without it, don't even think of having those MNC or GLC or whatever C companies to grant you an interview.![]()
