His salary is about A$190,000 and Ministers' are about A$140,000 per annum.
Total pay package for the whole cabinet of Australia is about $A2.43m per annum, the equivalence of one of Singapore's minister...wow !
Singapore ministers' pay is number one, Singapore is number one again....ah haha

On November 24, 2007 the Australian Labor Party swept into power with Kevin Rudd replacing conservative Liberal Party Prime Minister John Howard.
I awoke that morning with an email from a friend about this victory with the subject line "about bloody time! John Howard was becoming an embarrassment. "
I concur.
George Bush's "coalition of the willing" (or "killing" as I say) is rapidly fading out.
This news took me back, however, to 1972 and the Labor Party victory of Gough Whitlam.
I was also in a state of euphoria with that win, but by 1975 the Whitlam government was dissolved by what some said was a CIA coup. Americans seem not to know about this important history...

All countries intervene in the internal politics of other states to a certain extent.
The only difference is to what degree and by what tactics. Is it through psychological warfare? Hostile and demoralising propaganda? Covert Ops? Military intervention? Economic and financial pressure? Setting one group against another?
