Youth grow up toofast-Rapid Maturation or pseudo-maturation?

  I've seen Singapore youths "maturing" at a much yonger age than last time. Some already are extremely strongly-opinionated even though they are just primary school students. Is this a healthy trend?
  
  I'm not saying it isn't good to be mature, but youths these days give me the feeling of being pseudo-mature, that is they think they are mature, but in reality, they are not. As we grow up to be adults, we create more and more philosophy and beliefs through experiences, but youths seem to do the same thing too, minus the experiences(maybe through pseudo-experiences? like movies, etc). Might this cause them to hold on to errornous beliefs till adulthood?

  Cos they r eating chicken which r also grow very fast. wat come around goes around.

  Actually, it can be either good or bad...
  
  Kids elsewhere such as in Europe & US, or even China, have similar maturity rates given their economic & way of up-bringing...
  
  In SG, everything is served to the children; maids takes care of everything from young, parents showering children with all kinds of modern toys, you name it... and schools that are increasingly linient cultivating generations of Little Emperrors....
  
  Rapid Maturing? ...I think not enough, & not in the right ways....
  
  Oh and by the way; kids in past DON'T talk back to parents...

  Precocious puberty due to hormonal intakes.
  
  I know of some girl, she was sec. 1 or 2 around 1.53m, within a span of like 6 months, she grew till she's like 1.75m.
  
  I asked her what she ate, she said, she likes chicken and eat lots of it.
  
  Those growth hormones in chicken are scary, you don't know what other negative or positive effects it has.
  
  So..., those people wanting to gain extra height should eat more chickens.
  
  These days, Cold Storage are selling frozen hormone free chickens, think one chicken cost like around $16 (can't be certain).

  Strong opinions does not mean "maturity of thoughts". It merely means that the person is self-centered.
  
  As for why it happened, I would guess its a combination of the current trends and the relatively pampered environment they are under these days.
  
  Then whether is it healthy or not, only time would tell. I wouldn't say its entirely bad, as strong opinions can mean resolve and passion, but on the other hand can also mean stubborness.

  What do you mean by pseudo-experiences? Computer simulation? Movies?? Books? TV? Can you say that your thoughts aren't affected by these mediums of communication?
  
  Humans invented the words and language to communicate to each other. The experience of others are pooled into data stores so that the rest might benefit. Along the way, it is up to each human to interpret what they saw.
  
  So, can errornous beliefs be defined? I would think not.
