Will business owners lead Singapore's Charitable orgs?

Hi all,
Lets say business owners receive additional "professional" salaries to do charitable work, eg lead charity and raise funds for the needy.
What is the possibility given the competitive environment Singapore provides for the local businessmen?
Will CEOs of MNCs be involved in Singapore's Charitable work? If he does charitable work , will his time spent to do so "receive Double the Peanuts Pay?"
Where does this $$$peanuts$$$ come from? Charitable Funds Raised? By Selling Works of art? or by selling to the poorer people via SMS?

Another thing, (if batman owns Gotham City, Which organisation/s owns Singapore and is not charitable?) -
Their money will come from the charity funds most likely. How much they are paid is really secondary to how much they can help the charity raise.
Most importantly in this case is accountability for salary. Cannot be like TT Durai where no one looks over his shoulders. -
I PERSONALLY DO NOT BELIEVE ANYONE WOULD BE CEO OF CHARITIES IN SG TO DO IT FOR FREE like a charity.
