Sooner or later Singaporeans is going to be replaced by FTs. Upgrade your skill also no use, what the point. They have tone of excuse to replaced you. Save labour cost is most important. All will be replaced by FTs before you realised it, too late. this had happen a few years back. The door opened wider is going to speed up the process. Next year, we would see more FT rushing in like mad dog waiting to devour u.
Complaines to the authority also no use. Because they will said they will look into it and drag the case until you forget about it. Can't you see alot of complains going on but take so long to resolved, some did not resolved at all. They just don't care. They care for themselves.
The oni solution is to vote them out so that they have a taste of their own medicine........ didn't they say we need bitter medicine. it time they taste it as well. -

Eventually, whole Singapore will be FT. And we locals would be out of jobs and eventually become beggars. A Goatherd found some Wild Goats mingled in his herd and allowed them to stay in the fold.
When it snowed the next day the Wild Goats were allowed to stay and when the herd was fed the Goatherd fed them better than his own goats thinking that if he did so they might want to stay and his herd would increase.
Upon the thaw, however, the Wild Goats scampered away once the herd was released. The Goatherd scolded them for their ingratitude.

FT's are here to stay, like it or not - it is part of our new global reality. The question is, what sorta FT's are you getting? Are there stringent safeguards to ensure that in our quest for talent, we do not allow every single tom, dick or harry into the system.
