All I can say is,
for the last 50 odd years,
its the PEOPLE who decided to give mandate to the party.
No one is forcing them to do so.
Thus, the People deserve what they asked for.
For obvious reasons, I would say,
what they asked for is so fantastically wonderful they I cry with tears ,....oh ... joy lah. u belif what I say right?

how can we survive?? with all the loans, GST hikes, cab fare hikes...so on and so forth. it simply doesn't seem help the people to cope. i know alot of my friends are not happy too but we, as the people cant really do much about it. 'just accept lor....', this is the mentality of a typical singaporeans.
the system is in such a way that we can no longer enjoy the fruit of our labour. just work and work till we die...how to plan for retirement?? i know some people here are rich and were bornt with the silver spoon. they know nothing about the hardship other people are going through. but then again, i was told that 'singaporeans are not cash-rich, just asset-rich'
and what about the less fortunate people out there? they may not be homeless but they are poor....'poverty', my friend, is very real in this country and it really exist. people just choose to ignore it.....
i, for one has made the decision to leave this country to seek for a better home. -

What is the level of political knowledge of these 66%?
High or low?
Do they believe in the Singapore mainstream propaganda media?
Do they follow Singapore opposition politics?
Are they easily hoodwinked by propaganda?
Are they well informed or ill-informed or mis-informed?
Are they aware of political issues or apathetic and ignorant of political issues?
If they are ignorant of politics, good for them.
Ignorance is bliss.
But votes based on ignorance and propaganda is another story. -
being a singaporean really not easy... especially for the male, ladies are not far off.. All my time spend on working, socialing and education where got time to care about politices.... i rather let the elite dictate the nation's direction..
All need to stay ahead during the 12 to 14 years of educations else you will be outclassed. Then for guys come the NS..... then uni. Now with more FT coming in uni place is a problem not to mentions for poly grads. Then out in working place is outclass by FTs salary expection and also NS commitment... sign
Living standard very high so most couple / single working till very late, still have to have time for family, friends, kids, further educations and work enterainment

The PAP controls the media. They buy votes by giving us back our money before elections. The Potong Pasir lift upgrading thing is an absolute disgrace.
Once you are targeted by the govt, they will dig up everything they can on you and shame you in public to make you lose credibility.
