singapore sea are so fcuk up .. that i spent one whole afternoon moving around singapore sea without catching any fish.... be fishman... die liao

probably singapore will end up like the great maritime empire Venice.
i see many similiarties with venice and us.. give s'pore a few more decades, we'll be a sleepy fishing village again, or consumed by our neighbours.
this is ultimately the price to pay for poor leadership and complacency. -

sea level is rising annually from inches to now by feet! If you are doubtful of what I'm saying, this coming Lunar New Year, go to Bedok Jetty and see how much higher the tide will rise... (I refer to annual Munar Tides)
In recent years, it swamped the shelters along the East Coast beach near Bedok Jetty. and the Jetty itself was almost submerged!! -
...on second thought; those of you who are into fishing as a hobby will have noted long ago that there are no more fishing grounds in SG....
.. most locations are all fished-out due to Over Fishing, & Indiscrimnate Fishing (nott hrowing back juvenile fishes, but leaving them on the ground to die)....
I feel that Singaporeans are in quite a serious fix; - stuck with a Dictatorial Government who are control freaks, and as a people, there is a serious lack of Consideration, Courtesy and or Graceousness towards each other as well as the environment...
How to bring about changes like that? -

years ago was still not that bad but now...
about the sea level, kranji there just opposite the reservoir will flood whenever the is a rain + a high tide...

i 1 year didnt go there to fish liao now dunno how le...
