More marches are planned across Malaysia in the coming weeks for a range of different causes. On Dec 9, the Malaysian Bar Council will hold its annual Human Rights Day March. Non-governmental organisations and opposition parties are also planning to hold demonstrations to protest impending hikes in highway toll charges beginning Jan 1. — AGENCIES[/b]

Sadly...... S'pore bashing will be coming soon. Whenever theres problem in Malaysia, always easy to find problem with S'pore to turn attention away.Originally posted by Quincey:We should just shut up and mind our own business, the last thing we need to give them is the ammo for some Singapore bashing which has always been a convenient tool for our neighbors when domestically, things go awry.
I also want to highlight 1 point if you look at the picture all the protest is outside a Hindu Temple, just imagine a Hindu Temple got burn. I am not sure how this is going down the stomach in India.Originally posted by Dr Who:

Sit down protest by Indians
police advances into crowd
Police fire tear gas into crowd
The Indians in malaysia are very unhappy.
They may turn to violence if the malaysian govt fail to address their problems...
If the situation goes out of hand.....civil war....will SAF step in to restore order as UN Peacekeepers?
