Impact grenade ( Potassium Chlorate (KClO 3) + Sulphur S)
Aim: To make an impact grenade
Potassium Chlorate (KClO 3) 22gm
Sulphur (S)2gm
Detonator1gm Lead Azide (PbN 6)
Fuse1
Iron container1
Small pebbles (5mm each)16
Plastic pipe7 inches
Method:
1. Placed 8 small pebbles at bottom of iron container.
2. Put 1/2 gm Lead Azide (PbN6) on top of pebbles.
3. Put mix on top of Lead Azide (PbN6).
4. Put 8 more pebbles on mix.
5. Put 1/2 gm Lead Azide (PbN6) on top of pebbles.
6. Screwed lid shut.
Make sure to clean out ALL of mix and Lead Azide (PbN6)
from screw area as this will detonate from friction of screwing.
Go away from other colleagues when screwing lid shut, so only you become shaheed and not other colleagues as well.
7. Taped plastic pipe outside container as shown in diagram below. This makes sure that the container lands vertically and created a better explosion.
don't be a cock lah! this is just like some stoopid formula on how to make C4 from bleach this other guy posted some months back.
yes, in theory, its possible. in practice, u risk blowing yourself up so they have to scrape your remains off the ceiling if u try... very unstable.
and its not THAT easy to get the ingredients lah... not as if go pharmacy can get lor... of course, someone with lobang can surely get the stuff and process it into the potassium chlorate and lead azide... just like someone with lobang can probably smuggle in weapon grade uranium from a former soviet republic

and this one doesn't make a big bang... just a small one. problem with home-made explosives is that u can never judge the explosive yield consistently. an attack here has to be symbolic as well as devastating. or its just a waste of effort since its SO hard to smuggle in men and materials here.
thats why they were planning on 4 tons of fertilizer... but even THAT is not easy cos they'll still need to process the nitrates in the fertilizer and THAT is a very messy and obvious job...
what i think is, the threat is alive, but the odds are against them.
