as they say, nothing lasts forever, so it'll be some time before the current regime goes down, but i hope it's not in my lifetime, because the process will be very messy, violent, bloody and ugly.

i was wondering if really got rebellion one day, will the SAF, which is mainly made up of normal guys who hate NS,.....will they use arms against civilians?
i think we'll probably have a case where non-regular soldiers VS. regulars and regime / gahmen.
actually, i don't care if they increase their salary, the ministers, that is.......but they seem to be pretty indifferent to the recent crises we are having...all they ever did is to make empty, sweet statements like "No Singaporean will go hungry". sounds pretty assuring, eh?
ever since the Myanmar crises, i lost all faith in our regime.
Our deputy god of foreign affairs, Georgie Yeo, made an ocean of very professional-sounding speeches about helping Myanmar and all that, in the end? now the whole matter has dissolved into nothingness, nothing done, only empty speeches.
