Please don't use the word protest. Such a word will without a doubt trigger maximum response from security forces.
Organize a visit or an outing to Istana, for like minded people to admire the view of Istana from the outside, and head to PS for movie afterwards. -

Maybe. But its my personal opinion that we no longer have the freedom to speak and assemble. You can say all you want that its a guaranteed fundamental liberty in our constitution. In the US, that 2nd clause would have been deemed unconstitutional. In Singapore, oddly its part of the constitution.
Look, Singapore ain't perfect. But if you wanna get your point across, a head on protest and clash will only turn you into the next CSJ.

I believe any protests/protestors will not be locals....
.. they will be the foreigners whom the FAP imported & converted as New Citizens...
Best course of action for locals is to just leave, & let the FAP face their own Imported Protestors... -

We have a 'Old-Warhorse' here that write 3 post each time screeching that we should support CJS and donate money for his cause..... but when told that CJS needs ppl to stand with him at each protest...... our 'Old-Warhorse' said he only wants to donate money..... no need to be there......

I have to comment that at this point of time, I am very sure 10 000 Sporeans will not protest. Why? Relatively, most people are still having a contenting life.
I am very sure that most Singaporeans would not want to risk political unstability and loss of their finances by protesting when nothing is very wrong to begin with.
People here may complain that they are unhappy, but as said, no one credible enough is present to influence the other Singaporeans into believing that they too are unhappy. -

In SG Forums we have ppl here who keep instigating us to protest.
They have this simple minded thinking that after a protest..... life would be better for everyone, if PAP were not around.... life would be better for everyone. These are the same ppl who 'suggest' that we put ourselves in the frontline while they dare not even commit to lead such protest with us..... They feel safe hiding behind their nick and wants other to do their protest for them..... What the F**K

(a) those who migrated to other countries wish to see protests and some even wish to see singapore go down. they have renounced their citizenships, period. They are not locals anymore so they wont be able to start and wont care to start a protest.
(b) many of the forumers here are not strong enough to start a protest because they dont have the money.
