You may not know. I am one of the regular forummers at the Feedback Unit before its being forced to close down the site and changing its name to Reach due to its lack of responsiveness to many good ideas and suggestions from forummers like myself.
Therefore I could only look upon Reach as a propaganda machinery to give some form of justification to government's claim of its openness to people's feedback.
Unless you could convince us that Reach is different from the former FU, there is no point to talk about its being the right place to air complaints or feedbacks.
