Israel can disarm after the problems of Palestine, Iran, Syria etc has been resolved.
DPRK also disarmed after USA promised to give up it's hostile policy towards it and co-exist peacefully.
Israel can use its nuclear arsenal as a bargaining chip in negotiations. -

I don't think so. The only case of arab coalition against Israel was the 1948 war. And even that was screwed up, since Jordan made a secret deal with Israel before the war.

Israel returned the Sinai Peninsular to Egypt for peace. Jordan gave up the claim to West Bank(and the Palestinian trouble makers) for peace. How nice?
The Golan Height have it's strategic value. Israel continue to hold the high point so that the military can see what's going on over the other side of Syria. -
