  Bishan is going to have some very tall new flats built up .. as published in today's paper ..
  
  this may become another hot estate ..
  
  so punggol going down soon ...

  I mean the valuation now compared to few yrs back .. the demand for punggol is very high now .. all BTO flats are all taken .. after since PM Lee mentioned abt the plan
