No one should be above the law or morality of the country.
Law and Morality are the two principle bedrock of society.
Law along is not sufficient guarantee to build an inclusive nation. Law may be important not law has no basis unless it is substantiated by firm moral values on how we treat our fellow citizens and how a country should be governed.
Without morality law will only be an empty vessel and will have no basis except legalistic wrangling and power play.
Government can pass all kinds of law expecting citizens to obey them calling it rule of law. This kind of governing philosophy is too shadow and will not bind or hold the people loyal or committed to obeying such law.
There by going to parliament passing all the laws it is legalistic wrangling which is only equal to governing by oppression by power play.
Therefore law like the GRC will not be respected by the people and will be condemned by all right-thinking people eventually.
