The Next Cabinet Reshuffle: Who will be shuffled out?

With a cabinet reshuffle, there'll be new faces. Which means old faces will be gone too? The question, then, is a matter of who...
Definite changes:
New education minister: Lui Tuck Yew/Ng Eng Hen (?)
High possibility changes:
New Manpower minister: should Ng Eng Hen go to MOE, MOM needs a new minister. ST has cited Gan Kim Yong as a possible candidate.
New Infocomm/Arts minister: Lee Boon Yang has said in 2006 that he'll serve till mid-term, which means he'll most probably be gone. Will he be replaced by Vivian or Balaji?
New DPM: Jaya will be 69. Wong Kan Seng will be 61. Jaya might stay on as law minister after stepping down, and Teo or Yeo might become DPM retaining their current portfolios.
Now... who will (should) be shuffled out?
1. Lee Boon Yang
2. Mah Bow Tan <-- wtf's he doing, man?
3. Lim Hng Kiang <-- is he doing anything?
4. Jayakumar -
It does not matter so long it is under the rule of PAP. Whether they reshuffle or not they play the same game.

Take so much money, one minister can handle 2 posts , can save cost, why they ministers want money and yet dont work hard, scholar my foot.
President --3.8 million, do what, can control reserve, I doubt so, even former president Mr Ong Teng Cheong which I respected had difficulty to get data from the cabenit, not to mention the current president can have another key to the reserve. All bull shit story EP wTF. PM 3.76 mill can not handle 2 portfolio, must give up one, very calculative. 2 post must get 7.52 mill so not worth holding 2 posts -

i'm really ok with ministers like tony tan, ong teng cheong, vivian, ng eng hen, who could have earned much more if they worked elsewhere.
but people like mah, lim hk, even the dragon prince himself, has never stepped out of the protective SAF/civil service/cabinet cocoon. which means they'll never be given the chance to fail. so how would that prove their worth? -

wrong. PAP believes in renewal. bound to be a few new faces. I will be surprised if WKS stays as DPM. it will prove PAP value incompetence.
